I had a long-standing issue with a leaking roof-deck on my house. A previous contractor failed to fix the problem. After researching deck waterproofing technology, I contacted Southern California Decking. Darren Elliott provided a successful solution.
The job expanded in scope due to discoveries like 60-year-old disintegrated tar paper, leaks through stucco walls, a glass brick window, and rusting deck railing. Darren's integrity in handling change-orders was exemplary, and he recommended an outstanding railing (iron welder) contractor.
